What is sciatica?
The nerve starts from your spine, and goes down each branch in both feet, running through your hips and buttocks. It is one of the longest and most important nerves in your body. This has a direct effect on your ability to control and feel your feet. When there is trouble in this nerve, you experience sciatica i.e. sciatica.
Sciatica pain occurs in your back, buttocks, and legs and can be very high. You may also feel weakness or numbness in these organs. Sciatica pain is a symptom of an injury to your cystic nerve or any part of the body that affects it (such as the spinal cord).
Causes of sciatica:
The bones and the smooth surface are worn between them. A herniated disk is also called a slipped disk. In this, the spinal cord is separated from the cartilage pieces, the herniated disk occurs when the first layer of cartilage is removed. The internal substances can balance the sciatic nerve resulting in pain and numbness in the lower limb.
Due to cold, excessive walking, and excretion of excreta, pain starts in women even during the stage of pregnancy.
Spinal stenosis, in which there is an abnormal contraction of the lower backbone of the spinal cord. This contraction puts pressure on the spinal cord and the roots of your cystic nerve.
Spondylolisthesis is a degenerative disc disorder. When one spinal cord advances from another, the expanded spinal cord can induce your cystic nerve. Piriformis muscles contract spontaneously. The piriformis muscle is the one that connects the lower part of the spine to the thighs.
Symptoms of sciatica:
Pain – Mild pain is widely characterized by a sharp, burning sensation or discomfort such as discomfort. Sometimes it can feel like a shock or an electric shock. When you cough or sneeze, activities such as sitting for a long time and moving can increase symptoms.
Tingling or numbness.
