What is black water fever?

It is a type of fever. Along with this, the patient gets a high fever and then goes down. The liver and spleen enlarge and the eyes become pale. A high amount of hemoglobin is found in urine. The patient has a fever, vomiting, and jaundice. Urea is found in the blood due to which the patient may die.

Causes of black water fever:

The exact cause of this disease is not known. But the place where people suffering from malaria fever is found more. This disease has been seen there. The disease is more likely to occur if you live in a wet place due to consuming more alcohol than working. According to some other opinions, due to malaria parasites, some such form changes in red particles of blood. This, along with the consumption of anti-malarial drugs, becomes a new type of auto antigen, and from this term, another substance is produced which is called auto-hemolysin, and breaks down red blood particles inside the blood and dissolves the urine. With this, hemoglobin, the red blood substance, starts coming. This condition is controlled by the consumption of the drug Malaria.

Symptoms of black water fever:

Very high fever occurs in winter.

The lever is increased.

The spleen increases.

There is yellowing in the eyes.

There is a pain in the eyes.

Scabies remains on the tongue.

There are complaints of constipation.

The tongue remains dry.

Vomiting occurs.

It is insidious.

There is pain in the stomach, liver, spleen, etc.
