 What is heel pain?

Heel pain is a very common foot problem.  The sufferer usually has pain under the heel (plantar fasciitis-plantar fasciitis) or behind it (Achilles tendinitis – Achilles tendinitis).

In many cases, heel pain can be quite severe and unbearable, but it does not pose a threat to your health.  Heel pain is usually mild and resolves on its own.  However, in some cases, the pain may persist and persist for a long time.

The human foot has 26 bones, of which the calcaneus is the largest.  The structure of a human’s heel is such that it can comfortably lift the weight of the body.  When our heel hits the ground while walking or running, it bumps the pressure on the foot and enables us to move forward.  Experts say that due to walking 1.25 times more than body weight and running 2.75 times more, there can be more pressure on the feet.  Due to this, the heel becomes weak and there is a pain in it.

 – Because of the increase in weight.
