Nervousness : Symptoms, Causes and Avoidance

What is Nervousness?

 Many negative thoughts keep running through our minds all the time.  We are always surrounded by fear of something wrong with us, unnecessarily nervous about small things, restlessness, worry, and fear.  When this condition progresses, it becomes an anxiety disease.  Anxiety is like a drug.

 Many times you do not even know that you have become accustomed to the habit of thinking unnecessarily, but when this panic increases so much that the patient is unable to concentrate on his personal or professional work or even everyday work, then such a situation is called  It’s called an anxiety disorder.




 

 Causes for Nervousness :

 People who think too much also complain of nervousness or restlessness.

 Those who take drugs for a long time can become a victim of panic.

 People who are addicted to drugs.  Most such people become victims of nervousness or restlessness.

 People also complain of nervousness or restlessness due to the mental illness ADHD.




 

 Symptoms of Nervousness :

 Upset stomach and nausea (nausea)

 rapid heartbeat

 mouth odor

 Tremors, cramps, or tremors.

 dry mouth

 Sweating in hands




 

 breathlessness.

 Sudden feeling cold or hot.

 Trouble concentrating.

 Feeling of tension in the muscles.

 feeling restless or upset.

 dizziness.




 

 Avoidance of Nervousness :

 When feeling nervous, try to breathe slowly as this will make you feel calmer and less nervous.

 Talk to your doctor as therapy helps a lot in controlling thinking.

 Distract your attention as it helps reduce negative emotions.  You can watch TV, play something, cook food or clean up to distract yourself.

 Do relax things, such as reading a book, taking a bath, or lighting scented candles.




 

 Be physically active.  Maintain a regimen so that you stay physically active.  An exercise is a good option for this.

 Quit smoking cigarettes and reduce your caffeine intake, as both nicotine and caffeine can increase anxiety symptoms.

 Use stress reduction and relaxation techniques.  You can get relief by doing yoga and meditation.

 Get enough sleep and see your doctor if you are unable to sleep properly.

 Eat healthy food.  Anxiety is reduced by eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fish.
